Do you charge extra for debit or credit card payments?
No. There is no additional charge for paying by debit or credit card.
What luggage entitlement will I have?
Our prices include one bag or suitcase per passenger seat, subject to the vehicle size. Additional luggage can be carried at an additional cost. All luggage must be declared when the booking is being made.
I require an invoice; can you supply one?
Yes, we can provide you with an invoice if required. Please contact us after making your booking to request an invoice.
We have an infant with us does that count as a passenger?
If infant(s) requires a seat then it would be classed as one passenger however if infant(s) are under the age of 3 years old local licensing laws state that they can sit on an adult’s lap but this is entirely at the customer’s discretion.
How much waiting time am I allocated for my pickup?
For international flights we include 1 hour waiting time and this starts from the time your aircraft lands, for internal flights we include a wait time of 30mins from the aircraft landing. Additional charges will be applicable if the wait time needs to be extended out with these times.

How do I know if my booking was successful?
We will contact you with a confirmation email within 24 hours to confirm your booking.
Can I bring food and drinks into the car?
Cleanliness of the vehicles is an important part of our service so we discourage the consumption of food during journeys. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent.
If the vehicle requires cleaning due to food or drink spillages, an additional charge will be applied.
How do I request a service that includes transporting an animal/pet?
We will not carry any pets in our cars unless they are assistance dogs. Please advise us at time of booking if this is a requirement for you.

What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?

How can I cancel a pre-booked car?

What is the cancellation policy?
For airport transfers, if booking is cancelled within one hour of pick up time, the full fee is to be paid. For pre arranged tours, weddings, etc. Please contact out team on +44 (0) 1383 414006 or email us at hello@project1-9l4wqf660t.live-website.com
What is a “Meet and Greet” service?
A “Meet and Greet” service is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and rendezvous with you at a pre arranged location such as inside the airport terminal for example.
Is your company licensed and fully insured?
Yes, as per local authority guidelines we are fully licensed and insured.
Can I smoke in the car?
No. We operate a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles. This includes the use of vapes and e-cigarettes.

The main airports we cover are Edinburgh, Glasgow, Prestwick, Dundee & Aberdeen.
Drivers
All our drivers hold a full, current UK license. They are trained professionals disposed to be friendly and polite at all times and all operate under licensing guidelines issued by the relevant local authority.
What is ‘Private Hire’ and how does it differ from taxi?
Unlike taxis, all hires have to be pre-booked.
What type of vehicles do you have?
We have a very diverse fleet consisting of Mercedes Benz V-Class, E-Class and S-Class, as well as Landrover Discoveries and Rangerover Vogues.
How early do I need to book?
We generally encourage our customers to notify us at least 4 hours in advance. We can provide a quicker response if required but this is dependant on workload.
Do I need to pay in advance?
For Airport transfers we will require a 20% deposit.
What should I do if I forgot to add my flight number?
